  • • Hard blocks, soft blocks, not_now, never_show_again honored at scoring.
  • • CanonIQ suggestions are allowlist-only — never demographic.
  • • No raw user text in analytics. No PII. No medical/legal/financial inference.
  • • Service-role only. Not exposed to end users directly.
